TAE KWON DO
Tae Kwon Do is a Korean Martial Art that is based on dynamic and explosive kicking. We have added western boxing to our syllabus, providing and all round martial art. Our main focus is on Self Defence while developing strength and fitness
BJJ
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art that is for the smaller and weaker opponent. Using your body and your opponents body to gain an advantage by submission makes BJJ one of the most practical self defence systems.
KICKBOXING
Our Kickboxing program is a mixture of Western Boxing and Tae Kwon Do. A high intensity training program that involves padwork and fitness.
CARDIO COMBAT
Our Cardio Combat is a 30 min High Intensity Kick Boxing Circuit, This programs caters to all fitness and experience levels as all exercises can be modified to suit you.
LION CUBS
Our Lions Cubs program is an introduction into our Tae Kwon Do program. It is a bit more life skill based. Our focus is around listening to parents and teachers and Stranger Danger
YOGA
Each class will be tailored to your specific needs, whether it is deepening your poses, relaxing your mind, releasing your emotional blockages or simply improving your general wellbeing. Yoga teaches us how to be grounded, fully conscious and aware of our body and state of mind. It helps us to remain in the present, without wandering too far away with our thoughts and feelings. As a consequence you will feel happier and more at peace with yourself.
